Ah, Tropic Thunder.  It may not be a classic movie but it does have that one classic quote.

“Never go full retard…”

After a disastrous week of US Presidential Election , the pressure is starting to show on Hillary Clinton.  Revelations from the DNC Leaks have proven that her party rival, Bernie Sanders, was robbed of his chance to stand for president.  Leaks from George Soro’s emails shows how much she has been supported by him.  Another 15000 lost emails have been released exposing more sordid details that she would prefer to hide.  An embarrassing set of rumours about her health forced Hillary to go on a talk television show in an attempt to show how healthy she is.  Yet by far the greatest scandal came after the ugly truth about the Clinton Foundation showed how the Clinton’s taking huge sums of money to have privileged access to her in her role as Secretary of State.  If even half of these scandals prove to be true then Hillary Clinton will start losing the loyalty of voters.

In what the Clinton campaign may have thought would have been her comeback moment has descended into a disaster.  In speak that was shrill will rhetoric Hillary unleashed her inner beast to rip into her list of enemies. Alex Jones, Breitbart  and Republican leader Donald Trump were all smeared with a litany of her wild conspiracy theories.

Here are some example of her accusations:

Trump’s lack of knowledge or experience or solutions would be bad enough.

But what he’s doing here is more sinister.

Trump is reinforcing harmful stereotypes and offering a dog whistle to his most hateful supporters.

It’s a disturbing preview of what kind of President he’d be.

A man with a long history of racial discrimination, who traffics in dark conspiracy theories drawn from the pages of supermarket tabloids and the far reaches of the internet, should never run our government or command our military.

When Trump was getting his start in business, he was sued by the Justice Department for refusing to rent apartments to black and Latino tenant.

His campaign famously posted an anti-Semitic image – a Star of David imposed over a sea of dollar bills – that first appeared on a white supremacist website.

When asked in a nationally televised interview whether he would disavow the support of David Duke, a former leader of the Ku Klux Klan, Trump wouldn’t do it.

It’s what happens when you listen to the radio host Alex Jones, who claims that 9/11 and the Oklahoma City bombings were inside jobs. He said the victims of the Sandy Hook massacre were child actors and no one was actually killed there.

…he hired Stephen Bannon, the head of a right-wing website called, as campaign CEO.

To give you a flavor of his work, here are a few headlines they’ve published:

“Birth Control Makes Women Unattractive and Crazy.”

“Would You Rather Your Child Had Feminism or Cancer?”

“Gabby Giffords: The Gun Control Movement’s Human Shield”

“Hoist It High And Proud: The Confederate Flag Proclaims A Glorious Heritage.”

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, which tracks hate groups, Breitbart embraces “ideas on the extremist fringe of the conservative right. Racist ideas. Race-baiting ideas. Anti-Muslim and anti-Immigrant ideas — all key tenets making up an emerging racist ideology known as the ‘Alt-Right.’”

Alt-Right is short for “Alternative Right.”

The Wall Street Journal describes it as a loosely organized movement, mostly online, that “rejects mainstream conservatism, promotes nationalism and views immigration and multiculturalism as threats to white identity.”

The de facto merger between Breitbart and the Trump Campaign represents a landmark achievement for the “Alt-Right.” A fringe element has effectively taken over the Republican Party.

Just yesterday, one of Britain’s most prominent right-wing leaders, Nigel Farage, who stoked anti-immigrant sentiments to win the referendum on leaving the European Union, campaigned with Donald Trump in Mississippi.

The godfather of this global brand of extreme nationalism is Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Parents and teachers are already worried about what they’re calling the “Trump Effect.”

Bullying and harassment are on the rise in our schools, especially targeting students of color, Muslims, and immigrants.

In terms of impact, Hillary’s speech will only convince her most loyal followers to hang on in her darkest days.  The average voter is neither mindless or stupid and will be able to see right through the complete litany of lies. Her wild conspiracy that Vadimir Putin is plotting with the Alt-Right and Donald Trump to destroy her may just be the tipping point where people question her sanity.

Alex Jones has already called Clinton out on her lies and twisted misquotes.  Breitbart News has also rejected the accusation made by Clinton calling her ‘Tinfoil Hillary‘.

As for Donald Trump’s reply to the speech?  “Shame on You.” he declared after calling it out as a desperate race-baiting lie.

Editorial Comment:

Hillary’s ‘Tinfoil Hat’ moment may be more damaging than she expected.  It shows desperation to her enemies in the media and if the media smell desperation they will push harder.
