Suicide Bomber Targets Children as Politicians Waste Time

I have little faith in the current crop of western politicians.  They all seem to be out of their depth with little understanding let alone interest in stopping endless series of terrorist attacks it is suffering.  The cycle of inaction starts almost as soon as the news breaks from the latest bomb blast, knife attack, mass executions, trucks plowing through people or even a suicide bomber.  Almost immediately the hashtags start on Twitter to feel sad; then Facebook is flooded with a mass of new icons of flags; back to Twitter as we get pleas to not say that the attack was terrorism; there will even be warnings about a backlash; finally the politicians and media gurus come forward to tell us all to ignore what happened and go about your day as if nothing happened.

Get the picture?  We are being fed the same passive answer to each deadly terrorist act.  Be vigilant and carry on as our politicians sleep through crisis after crisis.  They put their faces on television to condemn the attack and rock up to the memorial services to offer their thoughts but when it gets down actually making hard decisions they hand out clique platitudes.  The worst of which is the declaration that, “We will not be changed by this attack…”  Then in the next breath, they pander to every minority voice that wants to distract us from the real perpetrators of terrorism.

Top of the useless brigade is Jeremy Corbyn.  This is a person who has spent his entire career fraternizing with and acting as an apologist for terrorists around the world. In 2015 Corbyn appointed Seumas Milne as his director of strategy & communications. Seumas was a controversial character who in 2014 claimed that Israel had no right to respond to Gaza terrorism. “It isn’t terrorism to fight back,” he said of attacks from Hamas against Israel. “The terrorism is the killing of citizens by Israel on an industrial scale.”

Corbyn also calls the terrorist group Hamas and Iran friends. He has received several all free trips to Iran paid for by the Iranian government. In 2013 he traveled to after being given 2,800 pounds by a Hamas fundraising front called Interpal. Later in 2015 Corbyn was due to speak at a conference organized by MEMO (Middle East Monitor) which lead by Duad Abdulla and is closely linked to the Muslim Brotherhood organization.  Memo’s senior editor believes that adulterers should be stoned to death.

Not just middle eastern lowlifes have Corbyn ear but also the masters of all suicide bombers, the LTTE (Tamil Tigers) terrorist have enjoyed his support.

In 2005 Corbyn petitioned to lift the proscription of the LTTE as a terrorist organization in the UK.  Even as far back as 1998, Corbyn was a keynote speaker at protests organized by the LTTE. In 2009 he addressed a rally calling for the economic boycott of Sri Lanka.  The rally also featured LTTE front organization like the Global Tamil Forum (GTF), Ravi Kumar of the British Tamils Forum (BTF) Bairavi Ratnabal of Tamil Youth Organisation (TYO) and Jan Jananayagam of Tamils Against Genocide (TAG).

Jeremy Corbyn is just the tip of the problem where the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, believes that terrorism is now just part of living in a big city.

ABC TV program called The Drum featured a speaker who cautioned people not to speculate that this was Islamic Terrorism.  This is despite the fact that suicide bombings is the weapon of choice of Islamic Terrorism.

What hope do we have when those in power are so unwilling to deal with the threat?

Not pinpointing the source of the attack is only adding fuel to fire and trusting that flawed characters like Corbyn to protect the people is naive.

With the numbers of the dead stacking up each year, we are wasting precious time before real action is taken and hard policy decisions are made.  Until this happen the unilateral war from Islamic terrorism will only escalate.
